UKSEDS' National Rocketry Championship is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. For the first time ever, we are hosting an in-person competition day at Midlands Rocketry Club in what is gearing up to be an exciting and fun day out. The venue will include a paddock for teams to use as a workshop with a dedicated area for a sponsor exhibition. We are also delighted to have Full Flavour Behavior supporting the competition this year to provide an on-site lunch option. More information about the competition day including the Competition Day Information Pack can be found on the competitions hub page here.

Please note that the primary competition date is the 12th of June. The organising team will keep an eye on the weather with our range safety officer. If the weather is looking poor for the 12th of June, then the competition day will be delayed to the 19th of June. We will endeavour to communicate this change as early as possible with a minimum of 2 days notice.

Please purchase one of these tickets if you are participating in the competition or have been invited by the organising team to attend. Please note: anyone who turns up without a prebooked ticket will be turned away. We will also be checking the type of tickets that everyone has purchased and will cancel any that do not match our records so please do not share any discount codes with other members of your societies.

By purchasing a ticket for a UKSEDS event you agree to our competition day rules found in the Competition Day Information Pack and copied below. Please note that if anyone if found to not follow these rules you will be asked to leave the event. Competition Day Rules:

• There is a 5mph limit for all vehicles on the farm, please ensure that all vehicles stick to this limit
• This is a working farm, as such there are crops growing in neighbouring fields. Please stay within the tram lines of the fields and stay off the crops. Only enter a field when given permission by the RSO on the day
• All teams must minimise the number of people sent to recover their rockets and always aim to minimise the damage to any crops when walking into fields.
• Always listen to instructions from UKSEDS volunteers and the RSO(s). Their say is always final
• Please park respectfully in the designed parking zones (see site layout)
• All teams must clear away any rubbish generated and respect our host’s venue

• A. Ensure that you are correctly filling out the payment information. Sometimes, a loading error can occur when missing the postcode field next to the card details.
• B. Try to pay for your tickets in incognito mode or through another device. Cookies are everywhere, and sometimes they mess up with payments!
