Conference Overview

Diversity in Space Careers (DiSC) is a one-day conference championing equality, diversity, and inclusion in the space sector. Centered around this year's theme, Barriers and Beyond, we will explore how to overcome personal and systemic challenges to unlock new opportunities. 

Hear from speakers from across the space sector as they share their work, experiences, and pioneering efforts to push past these boundaries. This event is your chance to meet students, early-career professionals, learned societies, and industry representatives. Join us to network, share ideas, and celebrate the wide range of people and careers available in the sector as we look beyond current limitations to build an inclusive future.

This year, the conference will be hosted at the Space Park Leicester.
